Trustee Training
We provide training and support to charity boards, helping you meet your Charity Commission requirements and helping your board work effectively.

All our training is developed in line with the Charity Governance Code. We have split it into 4 sessions, allowing you to attach each session to your quarterly board meetings over the course of the year.

Organisational Purpose & Charity Leadership
This training aligns with sections 1 and 2 of the Charity Governance Code. It aims to ensure the Board have clarity on the charity's purpose, and has the leaderships skills to guide the charity in line with its values and mission.

Integrity, Decision Making & Risk
This training aligns with sections 3 & 4 of the Charity Governance Code. It aims to ensure board members are acting with integrity, have clear decision making processes, and are managing risk effectively.
Board Effectiveness, Openness & Transparency

This training aligns with sections 5 and 7 of the Charity Governance Code. It aims to ensure the board are working well together, and are being transparent in their work.

This training aligns with section 6 of the Charity Governance Code. It aims to ensure the board are working in a way that is inclusive, and that the board are ensuring equality, diversity, inclusion and belonging across the organisation
